The Mirror Belt attaches to two players via waist bands, while the belt itself is connected with Velcro in the middle. Each belt includes two waist bands with attachment belts that can be adjusted from 4' to 5' apart. If an offensive player successfully moves enough distance from the defender, the Velcro comes undone. The 16A2101 Mirror Belt can also train players on their explosive speed when changing direction, and reaction time to those changes.
