How do I return an item?
Return Policy
Products may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
We will gladly refund or exchange any item for any reason with the exception of media product and
shoes used on surfaces other than the surface they were designed for (for instance firm ground on turf).
Please try on footwear indoors on carpet and do not wear apparel other than to try on.
Items must be in resellable condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Footwear must be returned with it's original shoebox and shipped in a proper shipping box.
Proof of purchase is required for ALL returns.
These may include a confirmation email, a packing slip or an order number.
Gift products can be returned for a store credit or gift certificate.
Close-Out and special sale items return for store credit only.
Defective product may be returned for a store credit.

We reserve the right to approve ALL returns.
Certain returned orders may be subject to a 10 % restocking fee.
